The new features include a client portal that allows OWD clients to access their account information in real time on the web. This secure section of the site provides the ability for clients to view invoice and payment information as well as check project status and timelines. Also, the site's design enhancements provide easier navigation and additional content focused toward the needs of small business owners and managers. The new site creates another channel of communication between OWD and its current clients while providing useful information for all small businesses that are considering their internet needs.
