Step 1 - Define
Your Goals
Keep in mind that some of the goals may change
slightly throughout the life of the project, but you should always
have a clear idea of WHY you want a web site. What is the purpose
of the site? Is it to increase sales, expand your geographic market
area, provide information to customers, or a combination of these
and other goals? Whatever the goals are, they should be written
down and referred to often during development and after the site
is launched. Everything in business has a purpose, make sure your
web site does too.
